Rasil Adhikari is a GTM strategist, business builder, and systems thinker.
He studied computer science in Nepal and his curiosity to understand more about the analytical and operational side of businesses led him to the United States in 2023. He now lives in New York City.
His work now focuses on GTM systems, automation, and agentic workflows that turn customer demand into action.
He helped build the business operations of a family-run consumer brand across sales, finance, and international distribution. The company reached more than 400 stores in Nepal and expanded to Australia, the UK, and the US.
